Problem:
The Park Plaza Hotel frequently receives requests from customers to provide for presentations in this Convention Center Restaurant. This required the ability to take complete control of exterior light in conjunction with the room lighting. Control was to be as convenient as possible and the design of the room was not to be compromised. Maintenance was a major concern of the Hotel.

Solution:
SunProject’s blackout shade system provides for the complete elimination of outside light. The fabric is our Night blackout fabric, which is available in a range of colours, including custom to complement the design of the room. The fabric is fade resistant, flame retardant and maintenance free. The motorized shades are controlled at the sides by side channels and operated via a combination of wall switches and the audiovisual equipment.
